You can set up roles for anyone you decide to give access to. For example, if you have an office manager (for many of you, your spouse), you can give them as much or as little access as you would like. How great is that?!

Invoicing and Payments

With QuickBooks, you can create and send professional invoices to your customers. They can pay directly online which saves you the time of taking a check to the bank or having to follow up for payment. Let's face it, your time could be better spent working ON your business instead of chasing down payments.

Payroll Management

QuickBooks has payroll functionality as well. It will allow you to calculate and process employee salaries, generate paystubs, and handle payroll tax. It also pulls cash flow statements and balance sheets. All can be customized to fit your needs. Super Easy to get what you need to dive into your numbers!

Inventory

I don't know about you, but having a system that will track and manage inventory is a lifesaver! QuickBooks provides tools to monitor what you have in stock, create purchase orders, and even a report so you can see inventory turnover and value.

Third-Party Integrations

If you read my previous recommendations of HouseCall Pro and Jobber, then you know that they integrate with QuickBooks But they aren’t the only two. Many other software companies are able to connect with QuickBooks as it is the industry standard for most small business owners.

Online and Desktop

Both are offered with QuickBooks. Having used both, I’m pretty sure most of you will love the online version the best. You can access your account from anywhere!
